We offer mortgage advice for the whole of the market, with a panel of lenders that we believe covers the complete spread of mortgage types. This is regularly reviewed.

The company is not tied to any lender or insurance company and therefore provides advice and recommendation on a full range of mortgage related products within the UK.

The owner and managing director, Bryan Ledger, holds the financial planning certificate level 3, together with the relevant CEMAP examinations applicable to the mortgage market. Other advisors hold the necessary qualifications and their training and competance is regularly reviewed.

The company operates from its own offices in Southend-on-Sea, Essex and conducts the majority of its business on a face to face basis with clients within a 50 mile radius, although it is able to process mortgages from all parts of the UK using its efficient sales and administration systems.

Whilst much of the business relates to standard mortgages associated with normal house purchase and remortgaging we recognise the need to provide a service for those with less than perfect credit history or in circumstances that do not meet the standard lending criteria.
